Mental health resources on campus Student Experience at a Research University (SERU) COVID-19 Student Experience Survey
Encourage your student to complete the SERU COVID-19 survey to share more about their experience during the spring 2020 semester. Survey data will be used to gain a greater understanding of students’ needs resulting from COVID-19, assess the university’s response during the rapid transition to remote learning and to improve how CU Boulder provides services and support during a crisis.
Mental health resources on campus Making the most of summer with your student
Whether your student plans to visit home for a short stay or an extended amount of time, the summer months can be a great time to reconnect. Whether your student came home earlier than expected this year due to COVID-19 or they are just returning home, you may find that after some time away from home, they are now used to being on their own schedule and may have new habits and ways of operating in the world that differ from before. Here are a few things to keep in mind and tips for making the most of the summer with your student.

Our students have been through a lot this semester. It’s normal for them to experience feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, uncertainty or conflict at home. If you notice that your student may be struggling emotionally, there are resources on campus that can help.
